O Gold and botim Launch MENA’s First Fintech Gold Investment Feature

O Gold, the UAE's first Emirati app for fractional gold and silver ownership, has partnered with Botim, Astra Tech’s leading AI-powered fintech platform. This collaboration, based on a 2023 agreement, integrates gold investment directly into the Botim ecosystem, making Botim the first fintech in the UAE to officially offer such a solution.

This integration combines O Gold’s expertise in digital precious metal investment with botim’s robust fintech infrastructure and expansive user base, creating new channel for accessible financial services. Users can now buy, sell, and manage digital gold directly within the botim app, starting from just 0.1 grams. In addition, the feature’s Gold Earning Program enables users to earn a 3% annual yield on their holdings, benchmarked to global lease rates.
