Sharjah Ladies Club Marks Its 7th Consecutive Participation in World Wellness Weekend 2025

Sharjah Ladies Club is set to host the World Wellness Weekend for the seventh consecutive year, from September 19 to 21, 2025, across all its facilities and branches. The annual event reflects the club’s continued commitment to promoting health and wellness, empowering women, and encouraging balanced lifestyles.

Shaikha Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director General of Sharjah Ladies Club, emphasized that the club’s ongoing participation aligns with the vision of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Sharjah Family and Community, in enhancing women’s quality of life through activities that address both physical and mental well-being in a supportive and sustainable environment.

She added, "This year marks a milestone for our club as we participate for the seventh consecutive time. We are proud to win the Wellness Hero 2024 title, following three consecutive years of receiving the Wellness Champion title. This international recognition honors the dedication of our team in delivering an inspiring and holistic wellness experience for women and the community."

Over three days, the club’s facilities will transform into an interactive hub of energy and engagement, offering participants workshops on nutrition, mental wellness, fitness, yoga, meditation, and personal care. The program kicks off on September 19 with a Bootcamp challenge hosted by Fitness 180, while Orchid Beauty Boutique presents a special day of beauty and self-care with Cosmetics RG.

On September 20, participants can join a yoga session with sound healing therapy, concluding on September 21 with a sleep and creativity workshop by Dalouk Wellness Spa alongside a Zumba class from Fitness 180. Free beach access and complimentary Cota fitness sessions are available throughout the weekend.

The club also expresses gratitude to sponsors supporting the event, including Dr. Sheyas Center and Vitasign as Bronze Sponsors, and Ishaq Bin Omran Center as a Supporting Sponsor.

The club branches will host additional activities and promotions. Al Hamriyah branch offers free workshops on dental health and nutrition, plus healthy cooking at Marasi Restaurant. Wadi Al Helo branch provides membership discounts and collaborates with Al Sharq Hospital, while Diba Al Hisn branch hosts free Zumba and aerobics classes with promotions. Fitness 180 offers free cycling sessions and discounts at Madam, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Al Dhaid, and Al Bataeh. Orchid Beauty Boutique provides discounts on Altira sessions and products at Madam branch, while several branches offer exclusive promotions on beauty treatments to encourage participation.
