TCL Enters into MPEG LA’s AVC Patent Portfolio License

(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MPEG LA announced today that TCL Electronics Holdings Limited (“TCL”) has become a Licensee to MPEG LA’s AVC Patent Portfolio License (“AVC License”).
